3.3 Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. jeetbuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for breach of rules, fraudulent activity, or other reasonable grounds.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
4.1 Deposits
Currently accepted deposit methods on jeetbuzz are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Separate maximum limits may apply for specific methods and can be seen in the payment section after logging in to the platform.
4.2 Withdrawals
The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Each withdrawal request is typically processed within 1 hour. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
4.3 Legitimacy of Funds
You confirm that any deposited funds are legally yours and do not come from any illegal source. jeetbuzz reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and, where necessary, report it to the relevant authorities.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
jeetbuzz offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the balance ৳3,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.
Please note the following conditions regarding bonuses:
- Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
- jeetbuzz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonus offers may apply only to specific games or sections — details will be stated in the terms of the relevant offer.
Under the VIP programme, weekly cashback benefits are available across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The benefits and conditions for each tier apply separately.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy
6.1 General Gaming Rules
Each game has its own rules, which are clearly displayed before the game begins. If a technical error makes the outcome of a game uncertain, jeetbuzz reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
Involvement in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:
- Playing using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
- Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.
- Abusing cashback or bonus systems (bonus hunting or arbitrage betting).

If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and all balances may be frozen.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
Odds in sports betting are variable and may be updated up until an event begins. Time limits for accepting bets in in-play betting markets are fixed. If evidence of match-fixing is found, related bets may be voided.
